Gusto is looking for an engineering leader to kickstart a team called Shared Experiences for ensuring that all of Gusto’s customers have consistent high quality interactions. This team is a part of the broader Growth engineering effort in Gusto.
You’ll lead and grow a team of engineers and work closely with design, product management and data science teams to own and drive the team’s vision, strategy and execution. This role focuses on helping to drive the creation and rollout of a comprehensive customer communications platform, information architecture strategy, customer dashboards and more with the goal of helping our customers realize the value of the product in an intuitive way.
