We are looking for a Total Rewards Partner who will build out and administer new compensation programs, equity/stock management, and performance recognition. If you enjoy working cross-functionally to solve problems using data and organization planning; along with the desire to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, this might be the role for you. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this role will work cross-functionally to develop and execute our total rewards strategies.
