VergeSense is building an easy-to-deploy space utilization & sensing platform that helps real estate professionals monitor foot-traffic within buildings. Data from our platform is used to improve building layout & design, execute dynamic workforce strategies, and reduce energy costs. For large clients, the financial impact is in the tens of millions per year. We provide a full-stack solution comprised of easy-to-deploy AI-sensors, fleet management tools, analytics software, and APIs that integrate with the leading workplace management systems on the market.

VergeSense connected devices create and integrate the foundational data that enterprises need to understand, manage and operate their workspaces. We are looking to hire a hands-on technical product manager to join the connected devices product team with a focus on enterprise connectivity and security needs. What You'll Do
Drive product roadmap and define requirements for VergeSense connected devices via clear and well researched PRDs for the next generation VergeSense sensors that will be deployed in the millions globally. Own the connectivity and security experience for enterprise buyers and users. Help ensure VergeSense products meet enterprise IOT requirements so VergeSense can continue to be the IOT solution provider of choice for enterprises.
Become an expert in the enterprise IOT market and trends to help ensure our technical roadmaps stay ahead of the needs of our customers.
Be a ruthless prioritizer while balancing the needs of customers and cross functional teams to ensure successful launch and delivery of new products with revenue growth and best in class customer experience as the target.
Collaborate with Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure a successful and timely launch and delivery of our connected devices products.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor degree in technical discipline (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field) 5+ years of experience in Product Management on enterprise connected/IOT products
Knowledge of networking technologies (LAN / WAN / Network Management solutions) and network security frameworks.
Extensive experience with Wireless protocols (802.11, Bluetooth, other)
Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high-tech, high-profile start-up where decisions and progress must be made with imperfect information
Experience with executing on end to end IOT and connected device user experiences including setup software and management systems.
Hands on experience using Confluence Jira or equivalentExperience with a hardware product development cycle
Good understanding of global certification requirements
Have a passion and great curiosity for researching new technologies and understanding how they apply to our market to keep VergeSense at the cutting edge.

Our Product
Deployed in minutes, our high-accuracy quick-installation sensors are able to identify the presence of people and key objects in the context of an office environment that signal how space is being used. Our analytics platform creates a sphere of intelligence within properties and provides actionable insights and AI-powered recommendations to help building managers make effective space planning decisions.
We’re building and training our sensors to become even smarter, with the goal of catering to an even wider range of customers, use cases, and industries. Our sensor-as-a-system and intuitive analytics dashboard provide a real-time view into what is happening in a space, and over time our sensors automatically learn to detect new types of events on the go.
