About the Role:

As a Contract Administrator, you will support our contracts team and improve  the efficiency and effectiveness of our contracting and procurement processes.  You’ll  ensure data accuracy on contract agreements before they are sent to clients, before they are recognized as closed-won business, and ensure data accuracy within Salesforce.com. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all service orders are accurate via an internal quality control process 
• Compare contracts to Salesforce to ensure data accuracy; identify common mistakes and propose solutions/training for applicable teams
• Support Revenue team members with creating accurate service orders as needed
• Update service order and amendment templates to streamline the contracting process
• Ensure the accurate completion of compliance and vendor registration forms for all RFPs and competitive bidding processes; support Revenue team members with vendor registration 
• Manage the documentation of procurements via cooperative purchasing relationships
• Review and sign standard service order agreements as needed

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 2+ years contract or procurement administration experience 
• Proficiency using Salesforce, Google Suite or similar task management tools
• Experience managing queue-based internal processes (support tickets, contracts, etc.)
• Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business acumen
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast and demanding work environment
• Ability to multitask on a daily basis, especially when presented with changing priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrated experience being highly responsive, maintaining a client service-oriented attitude, and promptly communicating

Bonus Points:

• Relevant experience with contracting, paralegal, and/or revenue operations 
• Experience working with K-12 or Saas Organizations

Panorama excitedly hosts two in-person "all team meetings" a year. All Panoramians attend and travel/hotels are provided. (Paused due to Covid)
