What we’re looking for: 

We’re looking for a Creative Director to join our rapidly growing team. This person must have a strong background in design & creative direction (brand agency or in-house brand design team) with a strong, focused experience in Graphic Design, Brand Identities, and Marketing. This person also should be a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record for leading efforts to execute across digital, retail, OOH, events & social media. The ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, semi-structured environment. They must  be willing to do the design work itself, but also be comfortable guiding teams, freelancers, agencies as the needs of the organization evolve.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Lead the evolution and execution of Odeko’s brand design strategy 
• Execute on strong conceptual and visually expressive brand design across all touchpoints
• You are just as good with creative strategy as you are with design
• Work cross-functionally, translating briefs into simple, strategic ideas into visually engaging design
• Sketch, ideate, and generate new concepts quickly based on stakeholder direction 
• Inspire, enable, energize, and manage a (future) team of designers, freelancers, and agency partners

About you:

• 7+ years experience with emphasis on brand design as a Designer, Art Director, or Creative Director
• Experience in building, evolving and managing brand design systems
• Experience across digital, retail, OOH, events & social 
• Experience recruiting talent and mentoring creative teams
• Experience leading creative teams and agencies
• The ability to combine larger conceptual thinking with a rigorous attention to detail
• A portfolio showcasing your awesome work
