OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to join our Talent team. In this role, you will build out operations for recruiting and scale our processes as we scale our Talent Team engine.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of creating operational efficiencies, scaling talent teams process, creating and presenting hiring manager and interview trainings and working closely with HR to improve our employee onboarding process. You thrive in an environment where you are given the reins to create new workflows.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with Talent, HR, and Hiring Managers to optimize on all things recruiting.
We are looking for an individual with a mix of creative and analytical energy; a detail-oriented mindset; comfort working across multiple concurrent workstreams; ability to flourish in a fast-paced startup environment; and wholehearted empathy for our hiring managers and recruiting team.

WEEK BY WEEK
During your first week you will:
Onboard with our team
Develop an understanding of our personas, prospects, and customers
Read our favorite industry primers
During your first six weeks you will:
Become an expert at Ashby, our Applicant Tracking System
Streamline interview trainer tracking
Build out reporting for all recruiting functions
Revamp our existing interview and hiring manager trainings
Research ‘unconscious bias’ training programs to roll out company wide
During your first 12 weeks you will:
Run interview and hiring manager trainings on a consistent basis
Develop reporting on key recruiting KPIs, track progress vs goals, and ensure we have strong insights into performance and trends of our top of funnel pipeline.
Partner with the recruiting coordinators to audit all interview panels and improve overall recruiting efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years experience in recruiting operations with experience at a high-growth startup
Results and data oriented with a strong focus on reporting and analytics. Lead with data.
High degree of comfort working with applicant tracking systems. Experience with Ashby is a plus.
