About the Role:
Netomi is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to partner with all aspects of the recruiting function. This person will be a key member of the team who will successfully develop a candidate pipeline and recruit for all types of roles for Netomi.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible to execute full-cycle recruitment including identifying, sourcing, engaging both passive and active candidates through creative and innovative recruitment strategies Develop and create new job postings to better outline the needs of the jobs being filled. Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement, ability to proactively network and establish relationships. Manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing environment. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Experience Qualifications: 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience Demonstrated ability to coach and influence hiring managers to up-level their hiring processes in order to attract and select diverse slates of top talent Proficiency with recruitment tech stack, including but not limited to applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Talent Suite, sourcing and candidate engagement automation Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
