Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Replit,

You will:

• Schedule interviews and assist with load balancing
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal contributors to provide support throughout the recruitment process
• Track data such as passthrough rates, archive reason, health scores, etc
• Ensure that all applicants, whether they are actively interviewing or are being declined, receive timely responses

You qualify if:

• Meticulous with calendar management
• Phenomenal writing skills
• Experience working with data - We will train you in our ATS (Lever) and other data sources (e.g., Gem)
• Savvy spreadsheeter
• Worked in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points:

• Have experience doing coordinating and/or data entry and analysis
• Passion for expanding technical literacy
