We are seeking a Revenue Operations leader who can combine data, systems, processes, and people to drive Shogun’s customer efforts to new heights. You will plan and architect Shogun’s revenue systems across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and BI processes. This role requires an analytically-minded individual who is eager to streamline old processes, develop new ones, create structure and automation, and analyze data to map out the path to achieving goals. This position comes with significant responsibility, as the majority of work will revolve around high-impact decisions made alongside the executive team of the company and all of the department heads (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, Tech/Product, Operations/Finance). In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to understand how Shogun’s revenue teams function, apply strategy, and formulate a data-driven path to success. If you’re passionate about business and are looking to make an impact on the ground level of an organization that’s changing the energy industry, Shogun is looking for you!
We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting potential Shogies. If you have relevant skills that are not reflected in your resume, we welcome your candidacy and encourage you to share more in an optional cover letter, even if your experience doesn’t match our exact requirements. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where everyone feels like they belong. We encourage you to apply if you feel this role is a good fit for you, and we look forward to hearing from you!
