We do that by building a mobile-first bank account for individuals and businesses. Founded in 2015, we now have 5 million customers in the UK and are expanding into the US. Our product competes directly with high street banks and has strong product market fit, with a 58% weekly active user rate even years after signing up. We're 2000+ staff (~400 of which make up the product/tech team), and backed by YC, Stripe, Mike Moritz, Eric Schmidt and others Internally, we encourage an open, collaborative, inclusive working environment.
