We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our specialized team. We have the vision and resources, and need your talent and skills.

About The Role:

The Growth Product Manager is a key hire that will be working closely with our founders as an execution-focused partner on driving product-led growth initiatives and helping turn our product into a key driver of new customer growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Focus on execution of product features and products that boost viral coefficient such as referrals.
  • Lead experimentation of concepts to boost acquisition, scale, and engagement of our product by running A/B tests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and key stakeholders to ensure execution & progress is on track for key product growth-related initiatives.
  • Research customer behaviors and organize data and customer insights into dashboards and Notion documents.
  • Clearly communicate how we are measuring success to key members of the org (PMs, developers, designers, and leadership) to ensure the team is aligned on context and vision.
  • Help define overall product growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience working as a PM at a fast growing consumer technology company.
  • Experience diving into data using tools like R, Python, Metabase, Looker, etc.
  • Experience with consumer product signup funnels, referral programs, leveraging social concepts like networks for generating customer utility and growth.
  • Growth-minded and have a solid understanding of growth loops that generate viral organic growth mechanisms.
  • Experimental and can quickly iterate on ideas based on data.
  • Organized and a strong communicator that can work with engineering and design teams to quickly implement, launch, and kill projects.
