ROLE

Shef is hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer with a proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring candidates to help us scale our teams in a high growth startup environment. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and campaigns for roles across Engineering, Product and Design. You’ll identify and engage candidates, build sourcing processes and programs, and help with forecasting as teams build hiring plans.

RESPONISIBILITIES

• Develop an understanding of the recruiting process and help drive sourcing process improvements
• Engage and qualify technical candidates for Engineering, Product and Design
• Build innovative sourcing strategies and campaigns to meet and exceed hiring goals
• Represent the company as the first point of contact in a candidates recruiting journey
• Perform market research, making sourcing recommendations based on the competitive landscape
• Track the progress of leads and candidates
• Analyze pipeline and campaign performance data to inform internal stakeholders
• Partner with the recruiters, building a pipeline of top talent through various sourcing channels

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience recruiting or sourcing engineering, product or design roles 
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Track record of maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems - Lever preferred
