Instawork, a digital marketplace that connects local businesses with skilled hourly professionals across the U.S., is seeking a Operations Coordinator, with a proven track record of success to join our rapidly growing team. This role serves as a critical member of the Operations team, and is responsible partnering up with a senior member of our Go-to-Market Operations team to help grow the quality of our Instawork professionals network This role requires 1-2 years of professional experience. This is a results-driven position that requires Willingness to roll your sleeves up to accomplish tasks, as well as strategic thinking at a high level.

Responsibilities:

-Manage customer experience for both new and existing Instawork professionals -Contribute to company OKRs, having a firm grasp on key operational metrics to maintain & grow the health of our customer base -Lead ad-hoc special projects, working alongside stakeholders in cross functional teams (ie. finance, marketing, sales, product, and customer support) -Provide feedback on the user experience to our product and engineering team -Assist with high priority client support

Who are you?

-4 year degree from an accredited university -1-2 years of professional experience -Agile, team player willing to navigate fluctuating needs of the business -Willingness to roll your sleeves up to accomplish tasks, as well as strategic thinking at a high level -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets -Some weekends required -Willingness to travel
