Clipboard Health (YC W17) is a globally remote team of 500+ people, post product/market fit with substantive revenue. We are a marketplace that connects healthcare facilities with nurses nearby. We exist to serve our two separate clients: to give nurses more flexible schedules and to give healthcare facilities reliable flexible staff.

About the role: You would be joining the Recruiting team and working directly with the Chief of Staff, Hannah Kim.
We are looking for an outstanding Talent Manager who is working closely with Hannah Kim and the rest of the recruiting team in helping us hire top talent. As a Talent Manager, you will be leading your own team of recruiters and helping us improve our recruiting organization.

Responsibilities • Leading and coaching your team of recruiters • Mentoring recruiters of all experience levels and managing your teams’ performance to increase the output of the people you lead and others around them • Continuously create training materials for your team • Assist in bringing in top talent and help with hiring across the organization - includes creating case studies, thinking about innovative ways to improve hiring processes, helping recruit at scale • Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues with your team • Build partnerships with external parties and be able to successfully roll out new platforms with the entire organization (For example, the recruiting team launched and onboarded the entire company onto platforms like Greenhouse and BrightHire this past year) • Create SMART plans and deliver strategic projects for our recruiting organization • Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership/executives)
