What is Depict?

What's the opportunity?
You will work closely with our founders and all of Depict's teams. Your mission will be to make sure Depict is an efficient and smooth running organization by providing leadership in all operational affairs: including improving operational systems, processes, policies, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance.
Over time, you will build, challenge and motivate a team in operations to deliver a complete operations capability scaling with the company's growth.
What skills do I need?
- 5+ years of experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to get things done, with a 'no task is too small' mentality
