Curri is seeking candidates for a Vice President of Finance to lead our remote Finance team!

What you can expect
You will develop and direct the company’s analytical and financial plans and policies. Our VP of Finance will evolve our planning and forecasting processes, report on metrics, and drive business insights to optimize company growth. This is an excellent opportunity to implement process improvements for efficiency, scalability, and productivity.

We will count on you to
Drive and manage the financial initiatives, budgeting processes, and KPI tracking including developing action plans to ensure annual financial objectives are met Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries, and reports of financial data on the operating progress of the company Manage our internal employee equity budget Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs Routinely review revenue cycle metrics to proactively identify and address issues affecting overall performance Manage the financial planning for any future hiring plan. Have oversight and responsibility for all accounts receivable, invoices, payments in coordination with the finance department Partner with senior leaders to ensure the company hits revenue targets Direct and manage the finance team and develop the financial strategy for the organization Improve efficiency related to billing, reporting, revenue recognition, payments, receivable, etc.
What you need to have
Proven work experience as a leader in a Finance Department Expertise in financial model management, creation, and adjustment of that model. Experience managing an internal employee equity budget. Expertise in financial hiring plan creation and management An understanding of managing burn and decreasing burn through cost reductions. In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models Proficiency in accounting software Solid analytical and decision-making skills Leadership abilities Experience managing non-exempt and exempt comp structures
