DigitalBrain is revolutionizing the way in which organizations resolve issues through tickets - we are building a unique, operational solution that significantly drives down number of internal touch points required and overall handle time.

What problem are we solving?  

Many organizations run on ticketing systems to resolve issues as they arise - open tickets communicate a problem and then drive the appropriate path to resolution. As organizations quickly scale, these ticketing systems can become complex, require multi-platform touch points for team members. This growing complexity significantly increases both on-boarding and training time for internal teams, as well as time to ticket resolution for the customer. While ticket resolution directly impacts end customer experience, for a variety of reasons, many organizations do not have the internal resources to address these challenges.

We're looking for customer and product-obsessed entrepreneurs who want to work with a dynamic fast-moving team and build the roadmap for the Digital Brain rocket ship. If this is you, we are super excited to meet you and learn more.

What you will do:

  • Rapidly build product with customers — talking to them on a weekly basis, understand what they want, and incorporate it into roadmapping.
  • Take ownership of parts of the product and drive it till it ships.

Who we're looking for:

  • A full-stack engineer: 3+ years of experience and ideally you've worked with React, Typescript, and Postgres.
  • An entrepreneur: you’re excited about building something new and unlocking unexpected and exponential value for customers.
  • Product and customer obsessed: you’re passionate about creating incredible experiences that delight customers.
  • Problem solver: You excel at understanding and solving intricate problems. You have astonishing attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team member: You can easily and readily communicate cross-functionally, with non-technical teams.
  • Leadership: You want to help shape the culture of the company and help us to build and scale a best-in-class team.
