What's the opportunity? As a Customer Success Manager you aim to become our customer's trusted advisor. You will play a key role in Depict's success by making sure we retain and grow our customers by enabling them to maximize the value gained from Depict.
Externally, you will work closely with some of the most well-known e-commerce retailers in Sweden and the rest of Europe - supporting and driving monthly meetings with e-commerce managers and C-level. Internally, you will play an important cross-functional roll: acting as the voice of the customer in product development, project managing onboarding, as well as working closely with growth.
