About the role

Depict is on a mission to challenge Amazon's domination of e-commerce. We connect customers and retailers over a shared love for great products, by making e-commerce product discovery a breeze from start to finish. We want retailers with the best products, not the largest budgets, to win.

We use computer vision and natural language processing to truly understand the product and provide state of the art product recommendations.

We serve hundreds of millions of requests every month on some of the largest e-commerce sites in Europe and are backed by some of the world's most renowned investors, including Y Combinator, Initialized and EQT Ventures.

What's the opportunity? As a Customer Success Manager you aim to become our customer's trusted advisor. You will play a key role in Depict's success by making sure we retain and grow our customers by enabling them to maximize the value gained from Depict.

Externally, you will work closely with some of the most well-known e-commerce retailers in Sweden and the rest of Europe - supporting and driving monthly meetings with e-commerce managers and C-level. Internally, you will play an important cross-functional roll: acting as the voice of the customer in product development, project managing onboarding, as well as working closely with growth.

How will I make an impact?

  • Prepare, run, and follow up on monthly customer calls with customers
  • Be the first point of contact if our customers need support
  • Onboard and integrate new customers
  • Proactively look for ways to increase customer satisfaction and develop customer success best practises and strategies
  • Drive renewal and upsell
  • Work closely with the product development team to be the voice of the customer

What skills do I need?

  • Great people skills
  • Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate internal resources
  • Proven track record of successfully working client-facing
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and/or customer success work highly desirable
